HOW TO refill your prescription
Medications prescribed at a pharmacy:
Please contact your pharmacy directly and tell them you need a refill and they will send a request to Dr. Liz. This is the fastest and most efficient way to get your refill processed. If I did not prescribe the medication originally, you may tell them to fax the refill request to 503.232.3436.
Medications and supplements dispensed or recommended at an appointment:
Feel free to email Dr. Liz to arrange a time to come pick up a refill if that is your preference.
Products recommended or dispensed at your visit can often be ordered by you from Fullscript. Dr. Liz can set up an account for you and give you a discount, making it an easy and often affordable way to get supplements. They ship quickly and directly to your home.
